Cut the bread slices into small cubes.
In a bowl, combine the bread cubes, sliced onion, spring onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, pink salt, chaat masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, crushed coriander seeds, chicken powder (optional), turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curry leaves, chopped fresh coriander, and water. Mix and mash everything well.
